This is a vintage Japanese pottery hanging vase of Shigaraki Ware, which was made about 40-50 years ago.
This vase was fired with a lot of firewoods in a hole-kiln for 5 days. Many natural ash glazes are attached. It's very artistic.
The seal of the potter is stamped on the bottom.
This vase has a metal ring to hang it on the hook.
